| By Road : | From M62 Junction 20 Follow signs for Oldham (A627M). Leave A627M at 2nd junction signposted for ROYTON. Take 2nd exit towards Oldham. Through traffic lights at B & Q to next roundabout. Take 3rd exit (A62) on to a Dual carriageway, (Oldham Way) over bridge towards MUMPS Roundabout - approx. 1 mile. Take 3rd exit (A669) towards Holmfirth. Through traffic lights, Fire Station on right, Petrol Station on left. OTC next on left. |
| By Road : | From Manchester Follow A62 towards Oldham. Leading to Manchester Street. At large roundabout take 3rd exit, moving to right lane onto slip road. Keeping to the right join the dual carriageway (Oldham Way) and continue until reaching MUMPS Roundabout - approx. 1 mile. Take 3rd exit (A669) towards Holmfirth. Through traffic lights, Fire Station on right, Petrol Station on left. OTC next on left. |
| By Rail : | From Oldham Mumps Train Station Turn right out of station to underpass, taking right fork. Take path along A669 towards crossroad, continuing in a straight line to Lees Road. Continue along path, passing HSS Hire shop and Petrol Station on your left. OTC next on left. |
